Horses and stable doors

Humans are basically lazy.
This is my expert opinion. I know, because I am one - a lazy human. After helping yet another friend recover from a database meltdown - with no backups - I’m reminded of this fact.
Even though he’d tweaked and prodded his (rather fine) site, and crafted some classic posts - he hadn’t [...]

Or not.
To be honest I didn’t expect that anyone would bid, but shantia911 has, and she won.

About

The Hippy (aka Jim Evans) was born in 1973 and has spent most of his life pushing technology as far as it can go, then giving it another shove to make sure.

He works in a bank writing internal software, runs websites for the fun of it, and campaigns for Greenpeace in his spare time.

This is his blog.
